Bosrand is a luxury vacation home on the edge of the park, within walking distance of 't Nije Hemelriek and the Gasselterveld. Built in 2018, the house offers all modern conveniences. The first floor has a spacious living room with five sliding doors and a large living kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. The generous 850 m² garden offers privacy and luxury, with three terraces, including one with a spacious 4 x 8 meter canopy, and an atmospheric hot tub. The fully fenced property has private parking. The house is non-smoking and less suitable for small children (open staircase, no stair gate, no playground equipment and no crib available). No pets are allowed in Bosrand. Suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.

• The upper floor has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with two beds of 90 x 200 cm, a second room with two beds of 80 x 200 cm, and a third room with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. All rooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating.
• Separate toilet in the hall downstairs.
• Three terraces, one covered with terrace canopy with flexible canvas (4 x 8 meters).
• There is a wood-fired hot tub in the beautiful garden.
• The plot is fully fenced and has ample parking.
