This new, luxury vacation villa is beautifully situated at the front of the vacation park. Because of its location you have a beautiful unobstructed view and the villa is within walking distance of 't Nije Hemelriek and the Gasselterveld. The children can walk straight from the terrace into the playground and the parents can walk onto the terrace of the adjacent restaurant of the Kremmer. The vacation villa is suitable for 8 persons, to which 2 baby beds can be added. Groups of friends are also more than welcome. The villa was redecorated in mid-2024 with great attention to a warm atmosphere and beautiful furniture. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another spacious bathroom. One bedroom on the first floor and one bedroom upstairs have a double bed with a double mattress and double comforter. The other two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm) with separate mattresses and comforters. In addition, on the first floor there is a spacious living room, with cozy dining area and a large living kitchen with pantry. There is also a children's playroom on the first floor.
